About Menu Planit

Are you spending too much money on groceries and eating out?

Do you dread 5 p.m. when you peruse your pantry wondering, “What can I cook tonight that’s quick and easy?”
Monthly Menu Planning teaches you how to beat meal time monotony and fast food frenzy.
You will learn how to use tools such as a personal Recipe Index, Current Monthly Calendar, Weekly Shopping List, Receipt Envelope and Aisle Guides for local grocery stores.
These simple components make up Vicki Nelson’s new Monthly Menu Planner which streamlines your own meal planning and affordable grocery shopping experiences.
Whether you eat out frequently, prepare every meal at home, or are somewhere in the middle (like me), you can redeem your time and economize your budget with Monthly Menu Planning.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Even the thought of a grocery store trip used to throw me into a funk. Traffic, two preschoolers climbing out of well-intended shopping cart belts as I scour the weekly store ads, repeating aisle paths to find that obscure box of cornstarch, waiting in line while confiscating candy from sticky hands . . . Does this episode conjure up images from your past?
Hi! I'm Vicki Nelson, M. Ed., author and creator of Monthly Menu Planning. Having lived in North Dakota, Minnesota, Houston, TX, I now reside in Elk Grove, CA, a suburb of Sacramento. I am committed to coaching others to use my simple method of personal menu planning. Since I developed MMP I reduced my total food budget from $900 to $550 per month and eliminated meal time stress using my own favorite recipes. Please let our team know how we can help you make the most of your money and menu planning.
